BYM Construction recently completed a stairway renovation project in a historic building in downtown Seattle. Spanning four stories and totaling 2,700 square feet, this installation included rubber treads and landings designed for enhanced durability, slip resistance, and long-term performance. The use of rubber materials not only modernized the look of the building’s stairwells but also ensured safety and compliance in a high-traffic environment.
